Want to get your meds from your pharmacy and use insurance for labs?
You will need to sign up for our quarterly program, which is $425. This comes out to less than $150 per month and gives you flexibility in what pharmacy and lab you use. That’s totally okay! Please note that this service option does not come with the routine check ins, use of the messaging portal, or inclusive benefits and affordability of our membership program. We can only use one pharmacy for your medications.
For Subscription Members: Add-On Thyroid Optimization $85 per month. This includes thyroid medication.
Weight Optimization Add on $50 per month for subscription members. $195 quarterly add on for al la carte clients.
Functional Lab Panels Priced per panel. Ours are greatly discounted from what you would ordinarily get from a lab. We highly recommend comprehensive labs for all members
B12 + Vitamin Injections-per pharmacy pricing.
Functional Psychiatry: 75 minute visits (15 min Medication + 60 min Therapy): $295
25 minute medication management visit only: $159.00
